Emily: Mommy, how does the baby come out?
Me: The docotor takes it out (pat on the back for some quick thinking)
Emily: What if the doctor hurts the baby when he takes it out?
Me: He won't, he is a very good doctor and his only job is to take the baby out.
Emily: Oh.
