Fall

 It might be the shortest season in CO, but it is my favorite. Something about the beautiful colors, crisp air and cozy sweaters, makes me happy. Even as I am typing this winter is threatening to invade, but for just a little bit longer I will pretend it is fall.

Emily is also enamored with the season. She has been waiting AND waiting for a chance to rake up the leaves and jump in them, finally her chance came. She jumped to her hearts content with her little shadow following her every lead. It was dark before we finally got them to come inside and even then I had to bribe them to with hot cocoa.
