Tonight Ty is working so it is just the kids and I. This usually means something pretty easy for dinner and the kids run the show. Tonight the main entertainment was the fashion show Emily decided to put on.
She tried to rope Troy into joining her on the runway...."will I have to do moves?" He asked. "No." She replied, "and you can wear normal clothes." Even with all of this going for him he decided to be in charge of the stage instead. So as Emily would come down the hall wearing her latest outfit he would yell "lights!" and "steam!" and make all of the coordinating sound effects for each. In between sets he would explain to me how all the lights were set up on one system so he could just push one button to make them all work. But unfortunately there was too much energy and a huge blackout occurred and an engine had to be shipped from somewhere else in time for the show. It was very intense for a moment there. This was about the same time that Emily yelled down for us to chant her name like the adoring fans we ought to be and between chanting his sisters name Jack decide to show me his moves which consisted of jumping off the chair and throwing a sweater across the room while yelling "HIYA!!" At the top of his lungs. He claimed there were at least 5 different moves but every time he jumped off the chair it looked the same to me. It of course ended the way it usually does. In a fight. Emily asked Troy if he knew where her Ana costume was for her last act and he told her it was in her eye so she hit him "3 times in the back!" And it pretty much dissolved from there. Ah another night in the crazy, I mean in the house of the Tipton's.
