Instead of taking Emily around the neighborhood for candy that she can't eat we took her to "Boo at the Zoo" last weekend. Our zoo puts on a great event in the evenings for kids to come and dress up and get candy while walking around the zoo which is lit up with all kinds of twinkling lights. Emily didn't care about the candy but she loved seeing the other kids in their costumes.
Later that week we covered the table with paper and let Emily help us with the pumpkins. She was pretty excited and doing well until she started putting the seeds in her mouth. Yuck!
