Friday Fun

Almost every Friday Emily and I get together with our friends (Kim, Holden and Ev, and Helen and Jules) and we have breakfast, talk, and play. It is a great time had by all, the girls get to play with each other, and the Mommies get to chat and catch up. One of the last times we did our Friday breakfast it was at our house and it was quite a morning. After the girls spilled just about every snack possible on the kitchen floor, they then decided to sit around in a circle and eat it up. YUM! Notice the look Holden is giving Emily? Emily has already tried to take her flower hat at least once and so Holden is on guard. I did actually end up getting a picture of the three of them smiling for the camera wearing their hats that Julia's grandma sent them. It is rare that all three will sit long enough for us to get any kind of picture! Next, Emily and Holden discovered that it is fun to run at each other and fall down. Their version of wrestling I guess. This all went okay until they almost hit the table and then we had to put an end to that. While Emily and Holden were entertaining themselves with wrestling, Jules had her own thing going...Removing all of her clothes except for her shoes and diaper! It is always an adventure with toddlers. Emily's morning ended something like this...
This was her reaction to no more wrestling, and the fact that it was time for her nap!
